A wall of gloss grey storage has given this already bright double garage in Shiplake, Oxfordshire, the organised, finished look it was missing. With clean white walls and a smart grey floor already in place, the focus here was fitted garage storage designed around the way the family uses the space.
Along the rear wall, two runs of base cabinets are topped with solid oak worktops to create practical workbenches, with a full row of gloss grey wall cabinets above and a gap between for a bin or freestanding kit. Floor-to-ceiling tall cabinets line the side walls and frame the garage doors, giving plenty of space for tools, sports equipment, garden supplies and household overflow, all hidden neatly behind high-gloss doors. A vertical wall-mounted bike hook keeps the e-bike off the floor and out of the way. The high-gloss finish reflects the light around the room, making the garage feel even brighter and more spacious. The result is a clutter-free garage with a place for everything, ready for parking, projects and family life.
